Dr Garcia MD.
Dr. Luis Edmundo Garcia, originally from San Salvador, El Salvador, is a dedicated and compassionate General Pediatrician with a lifelong passion for children’s health.
He discovered his calling to become a doctor at the young age of eight and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Evangelical University of El Salvador, completing his studies after eight years of medical training.
He later advanced his career in the United States, where he successfully passed the United States Medical Board Exam and completed a Pediatric Residency at Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx, New York.
Since then, Dr. Garcia has devoted his career to supporting children’s well-being and guiding families through every stage of growth.
Known for his warm demeanor and professionalism, Dr. Garcia approaches every patient with perseverance, empathy, and compassion, providing attentive and personalized care that reflects his deep commitment to the families he serves.
Giselle
Wheelock PA-C
Originally from Costa Rica, Giselle Wheelock is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant with a strong background in pediatric care. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciencias Médicas de Centro América in San José, Costa Rica, where she studied from 1991 to 1997.
After moving to the United States, she continued her medical journey at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, earning a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from 2016 to 2018. Since 2019, Giselle has been proudly serving families at Felici Pediatric Clinic, where she continues to provide exceptional care to children of all ages.
Known for her warm personality, professionalism, and dedication to her patients, Giselle combines her international medical training with genuine compassion to make every visit a positive experience for families.
